Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager
The Role is responsible for supporting the ERM in the following:
- Implementation of the ERM framework through risk identification, risk assessments, maintenance of risk registers, environmental scanning, KRI monitoring.
- Preparation of risk reports for management review.
Interaction with Stakeholders (Risk Owners, Risk Champions) to evaluate status of implementation and preparedness plan
External Interfaces - · Consultants (if applicable) · Co-source Auditors
Internal Interfaces - · Business Finance Teams · Process Owners · Functional Heads · Internal Audit Team ERM Team Members
Education
· CA / MBA Finance / Master's in Finance
· Certification in Risk Management (preferred)
Relevant Experience
6-7 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, (including internal and external sensing of risks).

Knowledge
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERM frameworks and methodologies

Risk Assessment and Risk Register Management
1. Support periodic enterprise risk assessments across business functions.
2. Facilitate risk discussions with functional teams.
3. Update and maintain enterprise risk registers.
4. Document risk descriptions, causes, impact assessments, controls, and mitigation plans.
5. Follow up with risk owners for status updates.
Risk Monitoring and Environmental Scanning
1. Monitor internal and external developments relevant to business risks.
2. Track industry, regulatory, economic, technology, and competitive developments.
3. Support identification of emerging risks.
4. Prepare periodic risk intelligence summaries and environmental scan reports.
5. Escalate significant risk observations to the ERM Lead.
