Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications.
Work on COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 development activities.
Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
Create, modify, and test Mainframe programs.
Support batch job execution and monitoring.
Troubleshoot application and production issues.
Perform code fixes, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams.
Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Minimum Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in Mainframe development.
Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
Experience working with VSAM files.
Knowledge of TSO/ISPF environment.
Understanding of SDLC processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
