Job Brief

Support Pre-Sales (BFSI BPS) with strong Banking and Insurance domain expertise across Business Operations with overall experience in BFSI BPS industry of 15-17 Years. Sound knowledge of BPO back office and/or Contact Centers functioning and experience in Innovation and Solution Design/Development. Candidates will handle medium to large deals, assess the specs, propose solutioning, and create transformation led proposals. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales teams and Domain Centre of Excellence (CoE) to design optimal, transformative business solutions and proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead technology-driven solution development, including conceptualization, structuring, costing, pricing, proposal development, and presentation, while computing clear business outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality RFP responses and presentations independently.
  • Independently manage and own end-to-end project and proposal timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate the use of new tools and emerging technologies both internal and external to the organization.
  • Conceptualize transformation solutions that integrate all aspects of organizational capability to address existing or prospective client business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Build solutions that showcase TCS’s capabilities and demonstrate how they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive and compelling solution narratives, including written responses, presentations, sales pitches, and supporting collaterals.
  • Develop end‑to‑end, multi‑year transformation roadmaps aligned to client business and operating model evolution.
  • Actively participate in client interactions and collaborate with Operations and Delivery teams throughout the sales and assessment lifecycle, providing inputs for internal reviews and external documentation.
  • Lead solution review sessions and actively participate in governance and approval forums.
  • Proactively review solutions and drive alignment with Pre-Sales teams, CoE teams, and senior stakeholders on proposed approaches.
  • Bring strong market and industry intelligence, stay up to date with market trends, and confidently articulate the external market landscape to position TCS positively.
  • Advise and recommend solution strategies, working closely with onshore sales teams to ensure alignment of solutions and proposals.
  • Collaborate with CoE teams to prepare conceptual solution demos for RFPs and participate in client presentations and visits.
  • Drive value realization by defining ROI, TCO, and benefits‑tracking models for proposed solutions.
  • Create and contribute to reusable solution assets, accelerators, POVs, and thought leadership artifacts.
  • Mentor and guide junior presales team members and review solution quality across proposals.
