We are looking for a talented Experience Designer to join our team. You will work across
multiple sectors — including enterprise IT, consulting, and large-scale sales environments
— designing compelling, user-centered experiences that drive real business outcomes.
This role uniquely blends UX design, persona-led storytelling, and visual narrative strategy.
You'll shape everything from early-stage product prototypes to high-impact executive
proposals and large-deal pursuit assets — translating complex stakeholder requirements
into intuitive, persuasive design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with designers,
developers, business analysts, sales leaders, and delivery managers, leveraging AI tools to
improve creative speed and output quality, all within fast-paced Agile environments.
Design persuasive, visually compelling bid presentations, proposal decks, and
executive-level pitch materials for large, strategic deals.
