CEMEX is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, AMS support teams, and project delivery teams to implement, configure, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering complex HR transformation initiatives in multinational environments. SuccessFactors Functional Consultant must have knowledge in a highly customized, demanding enterprise environment, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules of Recruiting management, Recruiting Marketing, Learning Management, Performance and goals, Employee Central and Onboarding and the ability to handle production support issues. Key Responsibilities Functional & Technical Support AMS support (L2/L3): analyze incidents, Standard task, support minor/Major enhancements. Troubleshoot end-user issues and resolve tickets related to module configurations or permissions. Build custom reports and analytics dashboards using the SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, and regression testing Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules. Provide functional consulting, bug fixes, resolution, root cause analysis, and production support. Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP, Kronos and third-party systems. Prepare workbook, conceptual documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization opportunities. Must-Have Qualifications Experience 7-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting. At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience. Experience working in global or multinational environments. Proven experience supporting AMS and project-based engagements. Functional Expertise Strong experience in one or more of the following modules: Employee Central (EC) Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Onboarding Performance & Goals (PMGM) Learning Management System (LMS) Workforce Analytics / People Analytics SuccessFactors Integrations Technical Skills Integration knowledge using: SAP CPI / Integration Suite APIs Middleware platforms Data migration and validation experience. Troubleshooting and defect analysis capabilities. Test planning and release management experience. Language Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to facilitate workshops and interact with executive stakeholders. Nice to Have SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules. Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Knowledge of People Analytics and Workforce Planning. Exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions and SuccessFactors AI capabilities. Experience in global HR transformation programs. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
