| Job Description | FEA modeling in HyperMesh. Modal / static analysis for relevant load cases on parts in the respective categories Dynamic / durability analysis with the help of CAE teams | Based on styling surfaces and volumes, concept Layout and packaging of internal lighting parts | |||
| Responsible for layout & Interface checks in 3D, with surrounding parts and highlighting clearance / interferecne issues, if any | Incorporate all aspects of functionality, performance, regulatory requirements and manufacturability | ||||
| Ensuring that the part design respect all the DFM principles for respective part categories | |||||
| Review the part design & prepare DFM checksheets before release | |||||
