Job Description

Execute engineering activities related to mechanical package equipment, with primary focus on pressure vessels and heater packages. Prepare and review engineering deliverables including: Equipment Datasheets Material Requisitions (MR) Technical Specifications Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) Vendor Document Review Comments Equipment Schedules Design Calculations Support specification and engineering of: Pressure Vessels Separators Knock-Out Drums Surge Vessels Heat Recovery Heaters Indirect Fired Heaters Process Heaters Utility Heaters Package Heater Systems Skid Mounted Process Equipment Review vessel sizing data received from Process Engineering. Verify mechanical design requirements and compliance with project specifications. Review vessel nozzles, internals, supports, lifting arrangements, and maintenance access requirements. Participate in vendor clarification meetings and technical discussions. Monitor vendor engineering deliverables and ensure timely closure of comments. Support package engineering activities from FEED through detailed engineering and procurement stages. Ensure equipment design compliance with applicable international standards. Participate in model reviews, constructability reviews, and interdisciplinary engineering reviews. Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), inspection activities, and vendor visits. Assist Construction and Commissioning teams in resolving package-related engineering issues. Maintain engineering document registers and package tracking systems. Support engineering estimation and proposal activities where required.
