Build modern, scalable backend services that power real-world products and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development & Microservices
Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot with clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Build and version RESTful APIs, ensuring consistency, security, and backward compatibility.
Implement service-to-service communication patterns and ensure reliable integrations across distributed components.
Quality, Performance & Reliability
Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, latency, and resource utilization in microservices.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver in iterative cycles.
Contribute to technical documentation, API contracts, and operational runbooks to support smooth releases.
Minimum Qualifications:
BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA or equivalent educational background.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of Microservices concepts including service design, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with common data formats (JSON).
Ability to debug complex issues and communicate solutions clearly within a team environment.
