Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 9-15 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java and Angular/React technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical leadership, application modernization, and the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. The role demands strong backend development capabilities combined with modern frontend expertise and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and Microservices Architecture.
Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architectural reviews.
Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
Build responsive and user-centric frontend applications using Angular or React.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Drive code quality through best practices, code reviews, and technical governance.
Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and application optimization activities.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
Support DevOps initiatives, CI/CD implementations, and cloud transformation programs.
Required Skills
9-15 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices.
Extensive experience with Angular (8+) or React.js and modern frontend development practices.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Design Patterns, OOP Concepts, SOLID Principles, and Secure Coding Practices.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with source control and CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven, and SonarQube.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent
Master's Degree: MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent (preferred)
