The IT Product Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P) is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and delivering digital solutions across the end-to-end P2P process. The role ensures optimal performance and continuous improvement of procurement and accounts payable systems, with a strong focus on SAP (ECC/S4) and Coupa platforms.
This role acts as a key interface between Business (Procurement, Finance, Operations) and IT, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs, while driving efficiency, compliance, and user experience

o Data & Reporting: Power BI, SAP BW
o Integration: Middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, SAP PI/PO)
o Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps / JIRA (for backlog management)
Must Have
a. 3-5 years’ experience in Product Analysis/Business Analysis roles
b. At least 5 years’ experience in SAP MM/FI or Coupa
