Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, IT Governance, or a related role.
  • Experience managing enterprise-critical applications within regulated environments.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external service providers.
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, security, and compliance activities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage escalations.
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management, governance, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
  • Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise technologies.
  • Understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
