As an Investigation Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of risk management and identity verification, working through cases methodically using standard operating procedures while maintaining the speed and accuracy our operations demand.<br/>Your day-to-day will involve reviewing and verifying identities across multiple processes, spotting inconsistencies, and resolving issues as per SOP. You'll balance thoroughness with efficiency — every case matters, and so does every minute. This role suits someone who finds satisfaction in pattern recognition, clear processes, and measurable outcomes.<br/>We're looking for candidates with a background in transportation or risk management who can bring analytical rigour to high-volume investigative work. Conduct investigations as per SOP<br/>2. Take appropriate action to identify and help - minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends<br/>3. Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations<br/>4. Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information<br/>5. Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered<br/>6. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
