Eligibility Criteria
Online applications are invited from eligible Indian male and female citizens for filling up 16 vacancies in General Central Service, Group C Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) on a temporary basis likely to become permanent.

Log in to the portal and select Recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) – 2026. Fill in your personal information, address, and educational qualifications (Degree with Psychology or Degree with B.Ed/B.T.). Upload clear scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph and signature as per prescribed specifications. Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- online (exempted for SC, ST, Female, and ESM candidates). Submit the online application on or before 27 October 2026 (11:59 PM) and print a copy of the completed application form for document verification.

Selection Process Details Phase-I : Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) (Qualifying in nature). Phase-II : Written Examination of 100 Marks (2 Hours duration). Merit list will be prepared based on marks scored in the written test. Phase-III : Verification of Original Documents (Documentation). Medical Standards : Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review Medical Examination (RME) as per CAPF medical guidelines.
