Job Description

HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire)

  • Oversee and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, role changes, benefits administration, employee movements, and separations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions through Shared Services and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.
  • Support payroll administration through accurate and timely submission of employee lifecycle changes and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, audits, and governance standards.

 

HR Shared Services Governance

  • Act as the primary interface between business HR teams and Shared Services teams.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, turnaround times, and process adherence.
  • Resolve employee and stakeholder escalations related to HR operations.
  • Drive service excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.


HR Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Administer HRIS platforms and employee self-service systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across HR systems.
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, user management, and change management activities.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
  • Promote adoption of digital HR tools and automation initiatives.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs, employees, managers, Shared Services, payroll teams, finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.

  • Drives effective governance and performance of Shared Services.
  • Enhances employee experience through efficient and responsive HR support.
  • Strengthens data integrity, operational efficiency, and process compliance.

  • Enables business continuity through reliable and scalable HR service delivery.
