Role Business Transformation Consultant – Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) 
Position 
Summary 
 
We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives within our HRO 
practice. The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise in HR processes, process mining skills, and technology 
enablement capabilities to identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. This role 
requires close collaboration with technology teams, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to design and implement 
innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience 
Key 
Responsibilities 
 
• Process Analysis & Transformation 
o Conduct end-to-end HR process studies (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Data Management, Benefits, 
etc.). 
o Perform process mining and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. 
o Define future-state process models aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. 
• Use Case Identification & Solution Design 
o Identify high-impact use cases for automation, AI, and digital enablement across HRO processes. 
o Develop business cases with ROI analysis for proposed transformation initiatives. 
o Collaborate with technology teams to design Agentic AI-driven solutions for HR operations. 
• Technology Enablement 
o Work closely with AI/Automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Oracle 
HCM, SAP SuccessFactors). 
o Ensure seamless integration of AI agents and automation workflows with existing HR systems. 
o Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot deployments for innovative solutions. 
• Stakeholder Management & Delivery 
o Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives. 
o Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to present transformation roadmaps and progress updates. 
o Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes. 
• Innovation & Growth 
o Stay abreast of emerging technologies in Agentic AI, GenAI, and HR Tech. 
o Contribute to thought leadership and develop frameworks for scalable transformation. 
o Support business growth by showcasing transformation success stories and driving client adoption. 
Key Skills, 
Experience & 
Qualification 
 
• Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Data Management, Benefits 
Administration). Should be ready to pick up the HRO domain (if there is no exposure earlier) 
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration, and automation platforms. 
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills. 
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple transformation initiatives. 
• Delivery and Project Management Experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving s kills with a consultative mindset 
Preferred 
Qualifications  
• Hands-on experience in processing mining tools and business process re-engineering 
• Exposure to HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, ServiceNow). 
• Experience in HRO transformation projects or should be able to pick up HR domain  
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit readiness in HR operations. 
• Certification in AI/Automation tools or HR Tech platforms. 
• Prior experience in Agentic AI use case design. Travel up to 25-50% (client meetings/workshops) as needed
