Job Description

HRO Delivery Lead
This position needs expertise & proven experience in HR Service Delivery. Complete ownership of process, people & Client/ 
Stakeholder management. Complete ownness & understanding of account financials focusing on profitability abiding with 
contractual commitment. Constant focus on creating & enhancing Client credibility with sustainable methods. 
Knowledge & Experience 

• Strong knowledge of all E2E HRO processes – TA-EDM/ WFM- Payroll – Exit – HTR 
• Working Experience of 15 – 17 years of HRO Global countries (NAM/ EMEA/ APAC). 
• E2E experiance of transition setup of global COE, with KT & DD (SOP/ SOW & MSA) 
• Negotiation skills with Client for SLA through BIC post stabilization & implementation 
• Strong understanding of all SLAs for HRO upto L4s, Co-relation to KPIs & BOIs 
• Experaince in Global ERPs (Workday/ SAP / SucessFactor/ Oracle) 
• Undertanding of Business & Ops Excellence practises, to present to Client implementing QCP/ FMEA & Risk Analysis 
• Focus & commitment towards Contractual Productivity through levers of automation, efficiency gain. 
• Understanding & negotiation skills on TnM for process optimazation, experiance in Vol vs FTE analysis 
• People Management skills & retention skills through Org policies & practises 
• Deliver in high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, with agreed SLAs 
• Manage & present daily goveranance through BIC – MIS 
• Handle regular communication with the client and different stakeholders 
• Continually seek out way to generate new ideas to improve existing process 
• Able to build a positive culture and support to other team members 
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner 
• Responsible for the team development, performance and maintenance within the organisation 
• Assist your line manager to assess the long term business trends 
• Create & implement sucessful training and development of the team, to ensure E2E cross skilling & sucession 
• Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans 
• Understanding of Account financials – of Revenue Levers to enhance Gross Margin through Cost Control mechanism. 
• Assist in compliance with all the financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and obligations 

Education & Certification 
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline – HR Preferred 
• Advance computer knowledge required (MS- Office, formulas lookups and various reports creation, MIS) 
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach 
• Global Certifications of HRO processes 

Skill Set  
• HRO Experience – UK/US region 
• Team handling experience  
• Strong knowledge of Workday 
• Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure 
• Strong email and voice communication skills  
• Strong communication, problem solving and resolution skills. 
• Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills. 
• Leadership ability to drive a team 
• Project management skills 
• Ability to work under pressure & be pivotal motivation 

Working Conditions 
• Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to work 24*7 shift timings.
