Job Description

Strategic HR Business Partnering Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide HR insights and solutions to support business growth and workforce productivity. Drive organization restructuring, manpower planning, and succession planning initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment planning and ensure timely closure of critical positions. Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent. Monitor manpower budgeting and workforce optimization initiatives. Performance Management Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Coach managers on performance improvement and talent development. Ensure performance differentiation and reward linkage. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Design and implement employee engagement programs. Analyze employee feedback surveys and lead action planning. Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values. Learning & Development Identify capability gaps and create development interventions. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes. Monitor training effectiveness and ROI. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Ensure harmonious employee relations and proactive issue resolution. Support IR initiatives, negotiations, and statutory compliance wherever applicable. Compensation & Benefits Support annual compensation reviews, promotions, and employee reward programs. Ensure competitive compensation practices and internal equity. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Oversee HR audits, documentation, and HRMIS accuracy. Monitor key HR metrics and dashboards. Change Management & Organizational Development Facilitate organizational transformation initiatives. Drive culture enhancement, change management, and employee communication programs. Support implementation of HR technology and process improvements
