Plan and develop heavy lift strategies for equipment, structures, modules, and other critical components.
Perform lifting calculations, including crane capacity checks, load distribution, lifting radius, and ground bearing pressure assessments.
Select suitable cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting accessories based on project requirements and site constraints.
Prepare lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments for routine and critical lifting operations.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe and efficient lift execution.
Conduct site surveys and supervise lifting operations to verify compliance with approved lifting plans, procedures, and safety standards.
Participate in constructability reviews and construction sequencing studies.
Identify lifting risks and implement mitigation measures.
