Job Description

Job Summary

  • The SAP Signavio Solution Architect will lead the overall solution architecture and migration strategy for transitioning Vestas' process mining and process intelligence landscape from Celonis to SAP Signavio.
  • The role owns the end-to-end target architecture, data model design, KPI migration strategy, platform integration, and governance across Finance, Procurement, Intercompany, and Service process domains
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture Ownership

  • Define the target-state SAP Signavio architecture.
  • Establish the overall migration roadmap from Celonis to Signavio.
  • Own architectural decisions related to Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
  • Define design standards, governance, and reusable patterns across migration waves. 

2. Event Model & Process Intelligence Design

  • Design object, event, and relationship models for Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • Define case IDs, activities, timestamps, business dimensions, and KPI structures.
  • Establish target event-log architecture for Finance, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, Intercompany, and Service processes.
  • Ensure KPI parity between Celonis and Signavio.

3. Data & Integration Architecture

  • Design extractor, connector, and ingestion frameworks from SAP S/4HANA.
  • Define SAP Datasphere / BDC integration patterns.
  • Architect staging, transformation, and reconciliation approaches.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and data quality across process mining datasets. 

4. Celonis Asset Rationalization

  • Assess existing Celonis applications, KPIs, reports, dashboards, action flows, and automations.
  • Determine whether functionality should:
    • Convert to Signavio
    • Move to Power BI
    • Be retired/decommissioned
  • Establish migration priorities and wave planning.

5. Stakeholder & Business Engagement

  • Lead architecture workshops with Vestas Product Owners, Enterprise Process Platform teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis and target-state solution decisions.
  • Present architecture direction, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership.

6. Quality, Governance & Migration Assurance

  • Define migration quality gates and KPI validation approach.
  • Lead source-to-target reconciliation of business-critical metrics.
  • Ensure governance of design standards, documentation, testing, and production readiness.

Other Requirements

Required Experience

  • 12+ years SAP / Enterprise Architecture experience.
  • 5+ years in Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with both Celonis and SAP Signavio preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA-centric architectures.
  • Experience with Finance, Procurement, and Shared Service processes
