Your experience counts!

·       A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree, preferably with specialization in Chemical, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school

·       3-8 years of consulting experience in Chemicals industry or 3-5 years of industry experience or minimum 1 or 2 greenfield / brownfield implementation, roll out or carve in/carve out experience on S4/HANA, Chemicals S/4 implementation will carry more weightage.

·       Experience in 1 end-to-end SAP Enterprise Transformations will be an added plus.

·       Understanding of System integrator (SI) project cycle or SAP Project phases

·       Hands on understanding of business process in conjunction with S/4 best practices,

·       Capturing the business requirements and translating the same into functional specs and align these requirements to SAP best practices and Fit to standard approach with minimal bespoke approach, clean core concepts.

·        Leading, managing the key subject workshops for solution design, BPD’s,  fit gaps, RICEFW’s and further design and build phases

·       1-3 years of experience in the application of digital technologies, analytics and consulting

·       Good understanding of business processes in the Chemical industry (Order to Cash / Procure to Pay / Logistics Execution / Plan to Produce/Record to Report, etc.)

·       Exposure to enterprise solutions like S4 HANA and/or business solutions like optimization tools, inventory management solutions, and so on

·       Hands on implementation experience of one or more of the SAP modules like

o   SAP-SD,

o   SAP-PP-QM,

o   SAP MM,

o   SAP-PM,

o   SAP FICO,

o   SAP IBP,

o   SAP MDG

o   SAP EHS

o   SAP TM or similar
