Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI  to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP technologies.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
  • Build and optimize RAG-based applications utilizing Vector Databases, Embeddings, and LLMs.
  • Work extensively with Generative AI models, including Transformers, GANs, and VAEs.
  • Design, fine-tune, and evaluate NLP and LLM-based solutions.
  • Implement data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
  • Define and monitor evaluation metrics for RAG and GenAI systems.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, NLP, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and autonomous decision-making algorithms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
