Role Brief :: The GM-Strategy & Investments would be working closely with the finance, business teams and CXOs in articulating the broad business plans and targets for the company. He/ She would also work with relevant stakeholders in exploring opportunities pertaining to M&A.
Team Brief: The S&I team identifies white spaces in focus and adjacent categories, builds a "where to play, how to win" thesis, and makes the build-vs-buy call — deciding whether to build a capability in-house or pursue it through investment, acquisition, or partnership. Beyond sourcing the right targets, the team stays accountable for integration, providing strategic and operational support to ensure each initiative succeeds
