  • Responsible for establishing, leading, and operating the Delivery Office, ensuring successful execution of transformation projects
  • Accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with the customer’s vision
  • Requires strong expertise in technology-led transformation, change management, and innovation
  • Demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
  • Focus on driving business impact by optimizing both operational and technology processes
  • Expected to be forward-thinking, customer-centric, agile, and outcome-oriented
  • Ability to define a compelling vision and drive disciplined execution to achieve tangible outcomes
  • Accountable for delivering business metrics such as bookings, revenue, contribution margin, and market recognition
  • Strong focus on building and scaling transformation initiatives from foundation to large-scale growth
  • Hybrid leadership role spanning AI Principal Architecture, FDE, pre-sales, and enterprise transformation execution
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to CXOs, driving GenAI-led solutions and delivery
  • Plays a key role in deal shaping and commercial impact, ensuring business growth and value realization

Primary skills

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or relevant business function or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of executive experience in IT, experience specifically in AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, including growing a technical team and recruiting (and retaining) talent. Proven ability to effectively manage own and associates’ time while multitasking between multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities in a dynamic business environment while maintaining strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience in client-facing roles in a specific industry or a consulting firm with account/engagement management role in the professional services industry.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in business operations.
  • Project/Program management experience of complex global projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Solutions Architecture, Applications portfolio management experience.
  • Project Financials handling – Budgets, Cost, Revenue
  • Experience running waterfall and agile projects and programs.
  • Experience globally deploying platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor direct and indirect teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills. This is essential since the leader will have a lot of exposure to different internal groups (Business functions, Data, IT, Legal, Government Relations, etc.) as well as third-party data vendors and consultants.
