Fullstack (React+Python) Developer

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend (React):

• Develop responsive, accessible UI components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns.
• Build reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design implementation across the product.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, handling state management, routing, and error scenarios gracefully.
• Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.

Backend (Python):

• Design and implement scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python to support product features.
• Ensure secure data handling, input validation, authentication/authorization patterns, and robust error handling.
• Write clean, testable code and improve reliability through unit/integration tests and debugging practices.

Fullstack Delivery & Collaboration:

• Own features end-to-end—from requirement understanding to implementation, testing, and production support.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and document technical decisions clearly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to estimate work, manage priorities, and deliver iteratively.

AI Enablement:

• Assist in integrating AI-driven functionality into applications, focusing on practical user value and maintainability.
• Collaborate on experimentation, evaluation, and safe rollout of AI features within product workflows.

Technical requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in fullstack development with strong hands-on ReactJS and Python.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, browser behavior, security basics) and modern development practices.
• Experience writing maintainable code with testing, debugging, and version control workflows.
• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
