Purpose of the Strike Team
The TCS FAO Due Diligence, Transformation & Autonomous Finance Strike Team will
act as an elite consulting and solutioning organization supporting:
Pre-sales due diligence for large F&A outsourcing and transformation deals
Baseline diagnostics and maturity assessments
Scope validation and effort estimation
Control and compliance reviews
Lean Six Sigma-led process optimization
Process mining and process intelligence initiatives
Target Operating Model (TOM) design
Agentic AI and Autonomous Finance innovation
Value realization and KPI benchmarking
Existing account health assessments and transformation roadmaps

Role Purpose
Provide functional leadership across customer management, order management,
billing, collections, disputes, and credit operations while driving autonomous
receivables transformation.
