Experience: 0-5 Years
Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream -BCOM, MCOM, MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA or Engineering background with proven transformation expertise in Finance and Accounts processes.
Must Have
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Management reporting and financial performance analysis
• P&L, cost analysis and financial data validation
Good to Know
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Power BI/Tableau and FP&A platforms
• Scenario planning, workforce planning and automation
Role Summary The FP&A Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to established controls and service levels.
