Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support liquidity regulatory reports including PRA110, LCR, NSFR, and ALMM.
  • Calculate and analyze liquidity metrics such as HQLA, cash inflows/outflows, funding positions, ASF, and RSF.
  • Perform variance, trend, cash flow, and maturity profile analysis.
  • Reconcile source data to reporting outputs, investigate breaks, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor liquidity risk indicators and support reporting under BAU and stress scenarios.
  • Maintain audit trails, controls, process documentation, and reporting evidence.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to resolve reporting issues and improve data quality.
  • Support regulatory audits, governance reviews, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Liquidity Reporting, Treasury Reporting, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Knowledge of Basel Liquidity Standards, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM, and liquidity risk concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills; exposure to SQL is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Risk, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, FRM, MBA Finance, CA Inter, M.Com, or B.Com preferred.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
  • Exposure to Axiom, Suade, or other Regulatory Reporting tools is an advantage.
