Job Description

Role: Finance RTR - Lead
Skill: Finance and Accounts
Experience: 3 years to 6 years
Job Location: New Delhi
 
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance)

Must Have Skills:
Record to Report – End to end process knowledge of Accrual & Deferral Journals, Bank Reconciliation, System Accounting, Bad debt provision, depreciation, Parking and posting of entries, GL reconciliation, Trail Balance review, Team Handling, Problem Solving

Good-to-Have Skills:
Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP & ServiceNow


Responsibility:-
Managing general ledger accounting and period-end closing activities.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborating with finance teams and internal auditors to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
MS Office & Excel Skills
Customer centric
Strong Team Player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Result orientation
