Job Description

Job Requirements

The role would involve end-to-end ownership from concept adaptation and prototyping to vendor finalisation, production, quality checks, deployment, VM execution, maintenance, and commercial follow-ups. As well as design adaptations and ideation based on a clear design concept that will be provided.



Work Experience

Fixtures & Kits

  • Vendor identification and selection based on capacity, quality, project requirements, and overall fit.
  • Vendor capacity and quality checks before finalisation.
  • Finalisation of orders, specifications, quality, and quantities.
  • End-to-end order placement and ensuring timeline adherence.
  • Coordination of QC, MPR, PSR, PO trackers, and payment follow-ups.
  • Deployment of fixtures across all channels based on the requirements shared by Sales.
  • Maintaining monthly reports and tracking updates across channels.

BAU

  • Taking concepts from the Team Lead and adapting/extending the designs based on requirements.
  • Experimenting with different materials and identifying the most suitable solutions.
  • Identifying and finalising the right vendors for each project.
  • Managing costing, timelines, and vendor negotiations.
  • Prototype development and production handling.
  • Managing deployment and cascading VM guidelines to the respective teams.
  • Conducting regular audits and ensuring consistent maintenance and quality.
  • Managing the PO process and payment follow-ups.

Packaging

  • Taking concepts from the Team Lead and developing them further based on the requirements.
  • Creating renders and technical drawings.
  • Coordinating sampling with the NPD team.
  • Managing final production with a focus on timelines and quality.
  • Developing packaging collaterals with guidance from the Team Lead.

Showcases

  • Adapting concepts from the Team Lead based on the available space and project requirements.
  • Vendor and material finalisation based on project fit.
  • Costing and negotiation with vendors.
  • Managing production, QC, and timely installation of collaterals and VM elements.
  • Handling the PO process and payment follow-ups.

Stores & Brand Experience

  • Executing brand experience and customer journey initiatives across stores.
  • Managing deployments, documentation, regular audits, and continuous improvements based on feedback.
  • Managing VM, furniture, and overall store maintenance.
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders including R&D, vendors, and store staff.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Budget planning and adherence across projects.
  • Vendor negotiation and commercial management.
  • Ensuring quality and timely execution across projects.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, Sales, NPD, R&D, and store teams.
  • Preparing and sharing monthly reports covering the overall progress and updates across channels.
