1.Adhere to approved management budget for all HR related activities.
1.Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
2.Process monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert.
3.Process changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
4.Process leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
5.Produce Management Information reports.
Update and maintain HR records (preferably in Success Factor) and validations from time to time.
Shall be responsible for Compensation & Benefits of the employees, including monthly Payroll processing, Generation Incentive Schemes, EBC (Employee Benefit Claims), Full & Final Settlements etc.
Managing overall Leave & Time Management through online systems (preferably Success Factor)
Administer the PMS (Performance Management System) process, which involves monitoring completion & adherence to the processes.
Shall be responsible for administering the Confirmation process of employees on completion of their probation period.
Support other HR team members in the areas of employee on-boarding & Induction process. Also, on need basis, Prepare Appointment, Confirmation, Experience Letters as and when required in standard format.
Should have hands on experience with SAP, Success Factor and its modules, PMGM module, People strong.
Maintain employee dashboards & reports for management reporting.
Should have expertise in handling statutory compliance and filing statutory returns.
Should be conversant with C&B Analysts.
Should be conversant with Statutory compliance (monthly processes, half yearly returns, annual returns, compliance repots).
Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
