Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for Diploma Engineers under Apprenticeship Scheme.Support technical skill building for shop floor staff and implement proficiency-level performance monitoring systems across Hazira locations.Facilitate Technical training sessions with the help of internal trainers to ensure targeted coverage.Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and monitor metrics to build an inclusive workplace at shopfloorDesign and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention, while actively contributing to culture-building activities that reflect core organizationalvalues.Workforce analytics dashboard showing attrition, retirement risk, and hiring projectionsEligibilityGrade:S1-S3 / E1-E2Experience:4-8 years in Employee Relation roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Education:MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRD or equivalent.Location:Hazira, PES ICPreferred SkillsStrong understanding of HR & IR processes, Knowledge of hiring practices of operating level work force and skilling of work force at shop floor level , Engagement, DEIExcellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
