Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Admin Customer CareManage customer escalations and ensure timely closure with proper root causeCoordinate with logistics and planning for accurate delivery commitmentsSupport continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback and trendsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionallyCoordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues on timeMaintain customer communication through calls, emails, and portalsTrack and update status of customer requests and escalationsEnsure high customer satisfaction and quick response timeMaintain records of customer interactions and service historySupport order coordination, dispatch follow-ups, and delivery updatesPrepare reports on customer issues, feedback, and resolution timelinesAssist in handling customer visits and coordination with internal teamsFollow company policies, communication standards, and service protocols
