Experience: 2 - 3 Years
The selected consultant will be required to support for
To work all NVH instruments, software and its troubleshooting
To formulate validation strategy, conceptualize new test methodologies, if necessary, Prepare test plan and confirm test setup
To acquire error free data, Analyse it using various analysis tools and generate test reports
To reproduce field complaints in vehicle testing.
To conducts Root cause analysis & performs corrective action.
To take adequate support from Simulation area for optimising the solutions.
To write work guidelines, work instructions, Design rules, TGR RGW etc.
In depth knowledge of NVH Data acquisition & different Analysis tools Modal testing, Signature testing, spectral testing, MIMO testing, ODS, Psychoacoustics, wavelet analysis, etc. Knowledge about vehicle body NVH, Road NVH, Wind NVH, Operational Sound Quality and Regulations Knowledge about vehicle
