Role Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Content & Website Operations Executive to support day-to-day website operations, content updates, catalog management, and coordination across teams to ensure a smooth online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Operations & Content Management

  • Manage content updates across homepage, category pages, landing pages, and campaign pages.
  • Handle day-to-day product listing and catalog updates, including SKU launches, stock availability, metadata, and attributes.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand and SEO guidelines.
  • Maintain CMS hygiene and support timely execution of website refreshes and campaign updates.

2. Website Quality & Customer Journey Checks

  • Conduct regular website checks to identify issues such as broken links, missing images, outdated content, and pricing/promotion mismatches.
  • Review product and landing pages for content accuracy and overall user experience.
  • Track and escalate issues that may affect website performance or customer experience.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely closure of website-related issues.
  • Act as a liaison with IT for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support customer-facing issue resolution related to product information, website errors, and order tracking.
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of updates and campaigns.

4. Basic Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and share regular updates on key website and product performance metrics.
  • Support reporting on key indicators such as product performance, page performance, bounce rate, CTR, and exit pages.
  • Highlight basic trends and areas that may need attention.
  • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly reports for internal review.

5. Logistics & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations teams to support smooth execution of order-related processes.
  • Follow up on stock availability and operational dependencies that may impact website updates or customer orders.
  • Support alignment between website listings and backend operations, including inventory visibility and fulfilment readiness.
  • Assist in resolving issues that require coordination between website, customer support, and warehouse teams.


Work Experience

Skills Required

  • Understanding of e-commerce website operations and content management.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and product listing management. SFCC/ Megento/ Shopify experience.
  • Basic understanding of website performance metrics and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage for content updates and troubleshooting.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce website operations, content management, or related roles.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, product uploads, and website updates is preferred.
  • Exposure to basic reporting, order coordination, or customer support processes will be an added advantage.
