Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems during construction, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address (PA), Intrusion Detection, Video Intercom, Data Networks, Fire Alarm interfaces, BMS integration, and ICT infrastructure. Ensure installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Coordinate with MEP, civil, architectural, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and system integration.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and productivity to achieve project milestones. Conduct inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities while maintaining quality records and as-built documentation. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, client standards, and QA/QC procedures. Promote HSE compliance through safe work practices, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems, and proper PPE usage. Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, resolve technical issues, and support successful project handover.
Requires a Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering with experience in ELV system installation, testing, commissioning, quality control, safety management, and construction project coordination.
