Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with focus on HRIS-driven operations
• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across HR processes and service lines
• Manage US payroll statutory compliance including taxation, reporting, and
regulatory adherence
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and utilization of HRIS platforms (Oracle
HRMS, SuccessFactors)
• Drive system optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Engage with clients and stakeholders for governance reviews and service
improvement
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness
• Act as escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Finance)
