As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to align with business priorities and deliver successful outcomes.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Project manager skills

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to design and implement custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
