As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong programming skills in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and integrating various system components.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques in software development.
- Ability to work with APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
