Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, continuously refining and adapting the software to evolving demands. The position demands creativity and precision in developing custom solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
