Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet business needs. The engineer actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to maintain alignment with project goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data modeling, API management, and system interoperability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in multi-team settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
