Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior / Lead AI Research Engineer – Controls to join our Robotics & Embodied AI team. This role focuses on advancing the state-of-the-art in robotics control through Reinforcement Learning (RL), Imitation Learning (IL), and Vision-Language Action (VLA) models. The successful candidate will contribute to ground-breaking research and development in intelligent robotics, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions.
