3 to 7 + Years of experience of Payroll USA region.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, programs, and processes.
• Graduate in any field (Preferred field will be Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or related)
• Ability to quickly learn, interpret, and translate business requirements into
actionable compensation solutions
• Proven capability to make sound business decisions in ambiguous or data
constrained environments
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
