Job Description

Collections - Business to Business (B2B) Agents

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 Years (Minimum 1 year of B2B Collections experience)
Grade: BPO 1 & BPO 2
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working | Open to Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and end-to-end collections activities.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment-related queries.
  • Handle payment applications, disputes, and invoice reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing and Operations.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and MIS.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely collections.

Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B Collections/Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
  • Good analytical skills with hands-on Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Effective email communication and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualification

  • B.Com graduate with exposure to B2B Collections environment.
