1. Protect 4G/FTTX site, tower, node, infrastructure via access control
and patrolling
2. Conduct site audits and ensure timely closure of security findings
3. Prevent theft and incidents, investigate cases and drive
corrective actions
4. Coordinate with teams to ensure security readiness without network
impact
5. Liaise with law enforcement on incidents, investigations and
legal matters
6. Manage SAS uptime and resolve site-level security system issues
7. Maintain accurate Swayam updates and compliance performance records
8. Identify risks, build intelligence networks, patrol and
escalate threats
9. Optimize resources and manage the SLP budget effectively
10. Implement SLP policies, present findings and strengthen security
controls

13. Contribute to asset protection via access management and compliances

Graduation in any stream (Technical educational background ITI/Diploma
in Electronics, ECE,Industrial Electronics or equivalent)
6 to 10 years
1. Experience in Fibre operation maintenance, OSP and Infra maintenance
2. Experience in telecom security operations including ISP / OSP and
project
3. Experience in network deployment, network roll-out and network
operations
