The QA/QC Engineer shall be responsible for implementation, monitoring, and compliance of the Project Quality Management System in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and standards, contractual requirements, and company quality procedures. The function shall ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout all phases of construction by conducting inspections, reviewing method statements, monitoring material compliance, verifying workmanship, and coordinating stage-wise inspections with execution teams and consultants. The role includes monitoring inspection requests, reviewing test reports, maintaining quality records, identifying non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring timely closure of quality observations. The function shall coordinate with execution, planning, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance with quality requirements, facilitate quality audits, monitor construction activities against approved standards, and support successful project delivery through effective quality management and continuous process improvement.
