Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Automation:
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient code deployments.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that infrastructure complies with security standards and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Chef, as well as other DevOps tools like Jenkins, Env0, GitHub actions.
Scripting and Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or Bash.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address infrastructure issues.
Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
