Job Description

Your Role

THE OPPORTUNITY  Lead the disciplined translation of global brand strategy and campaign assets into compliant, locally relevant and measurable market activation across traditional, out-of-home and digital channels.

THE MANDATE  Own end-to-end campaign mobilisation, readiness, execution, asset governance, optimisation and performance reporting, connecting global teams, markets, agencies, channel partners, technology, supply chain and customer service.

The Campaign & Channel Activation Manager is accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering integrated brand and digital campaigns across channels. The role converts global campaign direction and approved assets into locally executable plans, ensuring that content, product, fulfilment, service, technology, measurement and compliance dependencies are ready before go-live.

The role manages campaign work plans and cross-functional delivery, oversees content and DAM governance, configures tracking and measurement, monitors live performance and runs optimisation sprints. It also supports markets through coaching and quality-assurance clinics so that activation remains aligned with toolkits, guardrails and local requirements.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Campaign Activation Scope
  • Brand campaign activation across traditional and out-of-home channels using global assets.
  • Digital campaign planning and execution across social, CRM, SEO, eCommerce and other owned or paid channels.
  • Campaign mobilisation, work management, launch readiness and cross-functional orchestration.
  • Content adaptation, localisation, production coordination and lifecycle management.
  • DAM upload, metadata, structured storage, quality validation, version control, archiving and utilisation reporting.
  • Campaign objective setting, success criteria, tracking, performance analysis, insight generation and optimisation.
  • In-market coaching, quality-assurance clinics and activation support.
Key Accountabilities

1. Integrated Brand Campaign Execution

  • Execute brand marketing campaigns across channels using approved global assets, translating campaign strategy into coordinated market activation plans.
  • Adapt global assets to local formats, channel specifications and market requirements while protecting brand integrity and usage rights.
  • Coordinate activation across traditional and out-of-home channels, aligning teams, agencies, media partners and delivery milestones.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and address quality, timing or compliance risks against global guidelines.

2. Digital Campaign Planning and Mobilisation

  • Build and manage the campaign work plan, task breakdown, delivery cards, communications tracking and operating cadence through go-live.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across product data, stock validation, warehouse-management-system setup, fulfilment and customer-service support, using applicable SAP information.
  • Create integrated channel activation plans that clarify deliverables, owners, dependencies, approvals, hand-offs and launch gates.
  • Coordinate execution across markets, functional teams, agencies, platforms and channel partners.

4. Channel Activation and Lifecycle Communications

  • Manage social media campaign execution and coordinate channel-specific publishing, moderation and delivery requirements.
  • Build and manage CRM campaign execution and lifecycle communications across email, SMS and push notifications.
  • Execute SEO activities, including keyword research and optimisation with local SEO partners.
  • Execute eCommerce campaign activations, pricing and promotional activities, and product launch campaigns in line with approved plans and controls.

5. Tracking, Measurement and Optimisation

  • Define campaign objectives, document success criteria and translate them into measurable KPIs and channel-level performance expectations.
  • Configure campaign tracking, tagging and measurement requirements before launch and verify implementation readiness.
  • Monitor live performance and run in-flight optimisation sprints covering creative, audiences, targeting and bidding.
  • Collect and analyse performance data, report campaign outcomes and generate practical insights and recommendations.
  • Review and retire obsolete campaign data in line with applicable retention and governance requirements.

7. Market Enablement and Quality Assurance

  • Provide in-market coaching and quality-assurance clinics to align local activation plans with campaign toolkits and guardrails.
  • Facilitate practical training sessions for campaign processes, tools, assets and channel requirements.
  • Provide feedback, issue-resolution support and recommendations that improve market readiness and execution quality.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, OOH and digital channels within CPG / FMCG or a comparable regulated consumer environment.
  • Proven capability to mobilise complex campaigns, coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and manage delivery across markets, agencies, channel partners and technology platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of social, SEO, eCommerce, campaign tracking and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated judgement in marketing compliance, stakeholder management, data-led decision-making and disciplined end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Strong campaign judgement with the ability to convert global direction into practical market execution.
  • Structured programme management, with rigorous control of milestones, dependencies, risks and launch gates.
  • Collaborative stakeholder leadership across global teams, markets, agencies, technology, supply chain and customer service.
  • Commercial and performance orientation, using evidence to prioritise and optimise channel investment and execution.
  • High standards of quality, compliance, asset governance and operational discipline.
  • Calm, decisive problem-solving in fast-moving, multi-market campaign environments.

Coaching mindset that builds market confidence and improves repeatable ways of working.
