We are looking for a customer-obsessed innovator, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and an ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. They will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a focus to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize work. A Business Analyst will own the production and delivery of a suite of reports, dashboards and tools used by leaders to take decisions that impact customer of selling partner experience.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>1. Create, support and continuously improve reports and metrics that support the business operations<br/>2. Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using tools like<br/>Quicksight/Tableau<br/>3. Shape and deliver key metrics, reports, and indicators by which our business will assess its performance<br/>4. Dive deep into large data sets to answer specific business questions using Excel, SQL and other data<br/>manipulation languages<br/>5. Work directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities<br/><br/>A Business Analyst will use the following tools -<br/>1. SQL (Oracle and Redshift)<br/>2. Excel Advanced VBA<br/>3. Tableau/Quicksight<br/>4. Report scheduling tools (internal)
- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience<br/>- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience<br/>- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights<br/>- Experience with SQL or ETL
