Summary:
In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The role requires identifying the current operational state, gathering detailed customer requirements, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The position also involves extensive research, collecting relevant data, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and creating detailed process maps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and recommend effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
