Job Description

Designation: SALES MANAGER
Office Location: PAN INDIA
Position description: DSM/ SM BANCA
Primary Responsibilities: 
         - Drive X sales and attachment business by identifying business areas.
         - Recruiting team of CSOs based on the business potential of the channel.
- Mapping branches of bank to CSOs Training & Supervision of CSOs on products of General Insurance Organizing training for channels (bank staff who are involved in selling / policy issuance)
- Constant co-ordination with Underwriting / Operations team for policy approval.
- Responsible for meeting over GWP budgeted nos.
- Keeping healthy retention of business in all LOB.
- Maintaining basic hygiene in overall business by keeping a close eye daily actionable.
- Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads.
-  To provide professional insurance advice to customers of our bank partners
-   Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
